YINKA JUNAID

Yinka is a graduate of the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, where he obtained a Bachelor's degree in History in 1988.His over 18 years working experience includes eight years at Rank Xerox Nigeria. This covered such areas as human resources management, the facilitation and co-ordination of Leadership Through Quality activities, the XEROX International adaptation of Total Quality Management (TQM)), sales, marketing and training.

After Xerox, Yinka worked briefly at Linkserve Limited, Nigeria's premier Internet Service Provider where he served in various capacities which included; Pioneer Head of the Abuja branch, Head of the Dial-Up Business Unit and also established and managed the Channel Partners' Program, the Linkserve Indirect Marketing Channel.

Before joining MCC, Yinka was a Senior Consultant with Vic Lawrence & Associates where apart from being a Programmes developer and facilitator, he also headed the Strategy & Business Support Group. Yinka is currently the Managing Consultant/CEO of MCC


JIDE ADETUNMBI

Jide Adetunmbi is a 1984 graduate of English Language from the University of Ibadan. He later acquired a Master's Degree in Business Administration (with specialty in marketing) in 1999 from Delta State University.

He started his working career as a classroom teacher at a private school in Ikoyi (Aunty Ayo Preparatory School) where he was between 1986 and 1989. He joined Rank Xerox Nig. Ltd. in 1989, where he rose from being a Salesman to the position of a Sales Trainer, a position he held for over three years. During this period he was opportuned to take part in several training sessions in several countries within and outside Africa both as a trainer and trainee. He left the training school to manage one of the three key Sales Branches of Xerox in Nigeria (Port - Harcourt).

Thus Jide had the privilege of gaining experience as a Salesman, Sales-Trainer and a Sales Manager. He is therefore sound both in the theoretical and practical aspect of selling. Jide left Xerox to join Elizade Nig. Ltd. in the year 2001 as the Marketing Manager. Jide is a faculty member of Mark Calthers Consulting.


OLATUNJI A. OPE

Tunji graduated from OAU, Ile-Ife with a BA in Philosophy/Sociology, MBA (Marketing) and MSC Organizational Behaviour. Olatunji has spent 12 years in direct marketing and business development. This includes working with Million Mark Nigeria Limited, Xerox H.S Nigeria Limited and MTN Nigeria Communications Limited.

His major work experience covered such areas of providing Xerographic Solutions as Accounts Executive, Document Management Solutions as IT Accounts Executive, Business Development Executive and Accounts Manager.

Olatunji also worked with MTN Nigeria Communications Limited as Channel Development Manager, Lagos and Pioneer head of the Southwest Region. Tunji was responsible for coordinating the activities of MTN distributors and sub distributors in terms of store roll out, adherence to the Distributor Agreement, Training and assessing the performance of distributors and sub distributor staff. Tunji is a faculty member of Mark Calthers Consulting.


Dr. ADEKUNLE ADEKOLA RASHEED Ph.D

Dr. Adekunle is a highly successful professional marketing cum sales professional with 28 years corporate experience in a fortune 500, global company - Xerox; 10 out of which is at the policy making level. He is a dynamic keynote speaker, seminar leader and business consultant renowned for his expertise in marketing and sales, leadership and management and organizational creativity and entrepreneurship.

Dr Adekunle is a graduate of Business Administration of Southwestern University. He holds a masters degree in Managerial Psychology from the University of Ibadan, Ibadan and a doctorate degree in Applied Psychology (Personnel) from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago- Iwoye, Ogun State in . He is a fellow of The Chartered Institute of Marketing London and Nigeria as well as an Associate member Institute of Commerce, London. Dr Adekunle is a certified trainer/consultant of the Centre for Management Development of Nigeria.

Dr Adekunle started his working career as a teacher at Holy Trinity Grammar School, Old -Ife Road, Ibadan in 1983. He joined Rank Xerox (Nigeria) Limited in 1988 as sales executive and rose through the ranks to become General Manager (Sales) in 2006, he retired from the company in 2015. Having successfully organized a team of seasoned trainers, he moved on to set up Windsor Training and Consulting Limited and currently occupies the position of the managing partner and chief executive officer.

Dr. Adekunle is an astute writer and trainer and has published numerous articles and contributed chapters in textbooks on business creativity, innovation, marketing and entrepreneurship, which can be found in International Journal of Management Sciences (IJOMAS), Journal of Capital Development in Behavioral Sciences etc.

Drawing from almost three decades of practical field sales experiences, Dr. Adekunle teaches from a rich and divergent background that cuts across- Government, Oil and Gas, Banking and financial Institutions and the organised private sector


SEYE AMUSA

Seye is an entrepreneur & corporate investment attorney with about 15 years of working with Large Corporate organizations as an investment lawyer with high premium on providing preemptive legal support. He focuses on investment and venture capital law, intellectual property, telecommunications and technology along with real estate law.

He is the chief proponent of the IF.Idea Factory which was founded in 2017 in pursuit of a dream. The IF.Idea Factory is a Game Design Studio, a Human Resource development aggregator and a Business Development Consultancy which he runs with a team of multi-disciplinary experts who pursue a single vision of helping businesses succeed. He also has a passion for teaching, designing games and entrepreneurship.

He decided to pursue his passion for teaching by volunteering to be a specialist faculty with FATE Foundation, a not for profit Business School that focuses on Start Ups and SME’s. This has afforded him the opportunity to teach aspiring and actual business owners for almost 10 years. Seye Amusa is a faculty member of Mark Calthers.
